1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Terms of Service (these "Terms") for the website holistic.health (the "Website"), and related mobile applications (the "App") operated by Holistic Health Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). The Website and any content, tools, features and functionality offered on or through our Website and the App are collectively referred to as the "Services."
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By accessing and/or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Who May Use the Services
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Services are not intended for emergencies, pediatric emergencies, or serious health concerns requiring immediate medical attention.
3. Nature of Services
Holistic Health AI is an AI wellness companion, not a licensed healthcare provider.It does not practice medicine, provide medical diagnoses, or offer medical advice or patient care. Our AI is designed to provide wellness education, lifestyle guidance, and support based on holistic health principles.
Our network of holistic practitioners (Traditional Naturopaths, Functional Nutritionists, Integrative Health Coaches) provide education and wellness coaching, not medical treatment. They are not licensed physicians and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Important: Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. The information provided through our Services should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Emergency Services
Holistic Health AI is NOT for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please immediately call 911 or your local emergency services. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
5. User Accounts
You may use our AI consultation services without creating an account. Anonymous usage does not require personal information and conversations are not stored after your session ends.
If you choose to create an account to save your wellness history, schedule practitioner visits, or access additional features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Fees and Payment
AI wellness consultations are free. Video visits with our holistic practitioners are $49 per session (subject to change). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds may be available if you are not satisfied with your practitioner visit — contact support@holistic.health.
7. Privacy and Data
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
THE WELLNESS INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS SEEK THE GUIDANCE OF A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR MEDICAL CONCERNS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLISTIC HEALTH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
